Listen, whether this be tumblr or facebook or twitter or whatever… if it’s MY site then what makes you think you have a right to give me crap for stating my personal opinion? I’m not saying my opinion is the only one or the right one, i’m just simply stating MY opinion. So why do you feel the need to antagonize me on it? I’m so annoyed by people who think that their opinion is somehow more important than anyone else’s. Maybe some of you think that that’s me… but i feel like a lot of people share similar views to me but just don’t state it. I’ve got a growing number of followers and considering i’m not one who posts a lot of pictures, just mostly quotes and unpopular opinions and people have mostly reacted in a positive way to what i have to say. But even if they didn’t… this is still MY tumblr, if you don’t like my opinion or don’t understand it you’re more than welcome to calmly ask me to explain myself so that you can better understand. If i’m up for it, maybe have a little civil debate? But i will not tolerate it being insinuated that MY opinion is somehow wrong. You know what they say ‘opinions are like ass holes, everyone’s got one’. The only time i think it’s okay to really just be like alright bro, you’re just plain wrong is when someone is ignorantly spitting out hate about something they don’t know the first thing about. I am not one of those people so i do not appreciate being treated as such. If I wanna say i think Madonna is overrated and i’m baffled by her ‘walking legend’ status and it is MY personal opinion she’s only famous due to her scandalous and risque ways… then i can say so. This MY opinion i’ve thought about for awhile, think about it… NO ONE talks about how great of a singer she is… everyone just talks about her antics, her sex book, her envelope pushing ways. This is not an ignorant opinion i’ve formed, i’ve carefully considered this… and if you’re gonna get up in arms about a passing comment about my personal opinions on Madonna, then you may need to asses the things that really matter in life. Just sayin’.
