so on my tumblr i follow some lovely ladies who from time to time post wedding things and ‘Dear Future Husand’ posts and while i’m not as spirited about getting married as they are. That coupled with so many of my friends either being already married with a kid or two or just married or engaged or in a serious relationship they could see leading to such things, it does make me think from time to time what it is i WANT in a someone. I post a lot about what i don’t want… but sometimes i myself am lost with what it is i do want in a man. So in no particular order here are some idealistic qualities i’d like for my ‘future husband’ to have. This is also known as the “wishful thinking” post.

First and foremost the non-nagocible qualitys: 

• Christian: and a strong one at that. It is said in the bible the man is supposed to be the ‘spiritual leader’ of the household and that is something i dearly want in a man. I’ve yet to meet anyone who’s anywhere near my spiritual level and considering i’m no where near where i want to be… that’s no good. I want someone to have a God centered relationship with me.
• Funny: he needs to make me laugh without being funnier than me, because my ego cannot handle that. But it would be nice to not have to ‘pity’ laugh at someone. In your world that would be like faking orgasms… Just not gonna work.
• Communicative: someone i can open up too and have a good solid communication foundation. Being able to sit down and talk about the serious stuff as well as being able to sit and laugh for hours about nothing. Someone who is sarcastic and witty and can keep me on my toes.
• Secure: by this i mean, i’m a very weird kinda girl… i dance to the beat of the drummer no one else can hear and i want someone who’s not going to try to change me or get me to become more ‘normal’ support whatever color i dye my hair, whatever gets pierced and whatever questionable choices i make in my wardrobe may be. SUPPORT the fact that sometimes i wear a tutu/ fake mustache places because it makes me happy. ALSO, be able to do this kinda crazy stuff with me… someone i can go to the Midnight Showing of Rocky Horror Picture Show with and dance like an idiot dressed up like a couple classy hookers. Someone who’s not too ‘manly’ to do certain stuff. 
• Creative: you don’t have to be a fellow actor/singer/writer/dancer but i need someone who has a creative side because a world without weirdness and creativity would be a sad one.
• Kind Spirited: this is a BIG one, i need someone who knows how to rein in my feisty side without being to hard on my sensitive side. I’m a very emotional and sensitive girl… i need someone who can listen to me and communicate with me and make me feel better when i’m sad. Who doesn’t get too offended if i just need some time alone or don’t feel like being social. Someone who can ride my waves of emotion like a champ.
• Supportive: someone who is my number one fan and supporter who believes in me when i don’t believe in myself. Who pushes me in all the right ways, with my best interest at heart.
• Comfortable with: someone who makes me feel good about myself, who thinks i’m beautiful and tells me. Who makes me feel comfortable in my in my own skin. Who will lay in their jammies with me all day watching movies.
• SOMEONE WHO MAKES ME HAPPY: I want someone who makes my world better and brighter and brings out the best of me
• Optimistic: someone who can level with my natural pessimistic tendencies and bring me slightly out of them into the light. 
• Be unique.

Secondly, the preferable qualities:

• BEARD: … want. I want to dig my nails into your face and rub it all over my chest and feel it scratch my faces as we kiss. Yep.
• Green eyes: yes please.
• Black hair: makes me weak in the knees.
• Thick eye brows: DON’T JUDGE ME… i’ve always had a thing for that… i can’t explain it.
• Full lips: not like a big mouth bass who can’t close his lips and get’s spit all over my face… but just nice lips.
• Skinny Jeans and V-Necks: … wear em… thank me later ;)
• Do cute things: like call me missy or cutie… love it.
• Have an accent: the sexy kind like english, irish, scotish etc… they make me melt.
• Hip Bones that stick out: <3
• Muscles: a little bit goes a long way with me.
• Nice hair: I like running my fingers through it.
